There is a Two Night Minimum on Weekends at the Prosperity House B & B.
2 persons maximum occupancy allowed in all rooms. An Exception is made for the Retreat Suite as a double air bed mattress is available.
ONE Guest Space per room provided on site at rear of the home.
No indoor smoking is permitted. Outside smoking is allowed only.

Prices are subject to change.
We require a 1 night's deposit to confirm your reservation for 5 days or less.
We require a 2 night's deposit for stays up to 14 days.
Stays longer then 14 days require a 20% deposit.
The balance of the remaining bill is due at Check in.
Stays longer then a week for vacation renters pay $300 in advance as a security deposit in addition to the 20%.
A valid credit card and photo ID is required at check in.
All deposit's are non-refundable if you cancel or change dates after your confirmation.
If you cancel your stay within 14 days of staying here at Prosperity House B & B, your credit card will be charged the full amount (Balance owed), unless another guest can be secured. No refunds on early departures.
Guests are responsible for maintaining their own laptops, and any troubleshooting that might have to occur when accessing the wireless network. Note that guests must also have a wireless card installed in laptop prior to arrival to ensure access to the wireless Internet. Inn Harmony is ONLY responsible for providing the user with consistent broadcast from the wireless access point.
