At the Cozy Rose Inn Bed and Breakfast, you'll find warm sunshine and a country setting where you can take walks through the family vineyards and orchards, or just relax and renew yourselves in this park-like setting. Cozy Rose has been recommended by The Northwest's Best Places to Kiss, Romantic America, and, most importantly, their guests!

As a guest at the Cozy Rose, you know your lodging quarters will feature a private bath, fireplace, satellite television, stereo, free wireless high speed Internet (wifi) access, refrigerator, and microwave. One suite also includes a full kitchen. Every room has its own individual entrance with a private deck overlooking miles of rolling green countryside. A candlelight breakfast is delivered to each suite.

After breakfast, you'll have plenty of opportunities to indulge yourself outside. Popular activities include biking, jogging, and walking. An 18-hole golf course is a mere five minutes away, and two others are close by. You can also meet the Inn's llamas, Chocolate and Stubborn. Explore the area, keeping in mind that Grandview has the distinction of being located within 30 miles of 40 wineries and vineyards. After a short drive, you can also arrive at any one of the area's six microbreweries.

While at the Cozy Rose Inn, ask to be pampered and have the romantic candlelight dinner for two. Truly a gourmet delight, this delicious meal is served in the newly built "Tuscan Room" with rock fireplace and mahogany flooring. Enjoy the view of beautiful Yakima Valley and the landscaped yards.

*Suite Surrender*	Wow doesn't even begin to describe this newly built romantic suite. The view is incredible! Italian furniture, king bed, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in tiled shower, flat screen satellite television, VCR/DVD, and music.
*The Secret Garden*	Wake up surrounded by luxury in your beautiful canopied bed. Enjoy your own roof top deck! This suite features a private entrance, French doors, satellite music, a large flat screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave. This suite also has a living room with a fireplace. In the morning, a full breakfast is delivered to your deck.
*King Suite*	King Suite is the smallest suite, but it is very cozy. It includes a two person Jacuzzi, fridge, satellite TV and music, and a private entrance.
*Villa Vista Jacuzzi Suite*	Wake up surrounded by luxury in your beautiful canopied bed. Enjoy your own roof top deck! This suite features a private entrance, French doors, satellite music, a large flat screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave. This suite also has a living room with a fireplace. In the morning, a full breakfast is delivered to your deck.
*The Irish House*	This country cottage style house features a private outdoor hot tub for two right off your own private deck! You'll enjoy a living room, dining room, bathroom, satellite TV, and music. The big outdoor deck overlooks the vineyards, flowers, and expansive green yards. The Irish House now hosts a new apple green kitchen with bar, with adjoining bathroom, a large flat screen plasma TV with Dish music TV, and new leather furniture. *Because the Irish house is often rented as corporate long term housing, there is a possibility of being moved to another romantic suite.

Rates & Policies

Open: All year.
Weekend rate is $149 to $225 per night.
Gift certificates are available.
We reserve the right to move your reservation to another room with equal amenities, due to overstayers.
Daily, Weekly and monthly rates available.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations are recommended in advance with credit card number by phone. Please call.
A two night minimum stay on weekends, holidays, and from June through November 1st or 1 night if you call and we have availability.
Visa and MasterCard now accepted. Personal checks and cash also accepted.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 handling fee. Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, otherwise the entire amount is due. We will make every effort to re-rent the room(s) within the 14-day time frame; if successful, then the entire amount will be refunded. Please no cancellations by e-mail accepted!
3 to 6 p.m. or by arrangement; Check-out: 11 a.m.
No pets, please.
Children over 10 by pre-arrangement.
Shoe policy: No shoes in rooms (because of the fruit tree stains).
