Guest Rooms/Rates
For your enjoyment, the entire first floor of the mansion (parlor, dining rooms, library, front sitting area, 2 fireplaces, and wraparound porch) is the common guest area. Guests have 24 hour access to the guest kitchen, which is kept well-stocked with complimentary cookies, juices, sodas, bottled water, gourmet hot chocolate, teas, popcorn, etc. The guest kitchen has a sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, cups, glasses, dishes, wine glasses and champagne flutes, ice buckets, icemaker, etc.
All guest rooms have antique decor, queen beds with super-plush mattress sets, private baths with shower and either a jetted Jacuzzi tub-for-two or clawfoot tub, guest phone, writing desk, cable TV/VCR, luxury count fine linens, custom renaissance bedding, thick terry robes and 100% pima cotton bath sheets.
We regularly receive high marks for room design from both guests and local artists. Eclectic mixture of unusual antique pieces with contemporary finds, fearless use of color and textures, and a strong sense of "Feng Shui" (balance in the placement of objects) have served us well.
