Several parks, shops and restaurants are within 3-5 blocks of the inn -- museums, universities, the Tacoma Dome and I-5 are just 5 minutes away.

Downtown Tacoma shops and restaurants, Theatre District, Antique Row & Farmer’s Market and Convention Center (next to The Sheraton), and the waterfront promenade is a 10-15 minute walk - Tacoma’s Landmark Convention Center is 4 blocks from the inn. Seattle is just 30 minutes away.

Be sure to visit Pt. Defiance Park, a 698 rainforest preserve on the waterfront in Tacoma. Filled with rainforest trails, beach, zoo and outstanding aquarium, historic fort and gardens, the park has been nominated for the most beautiful urban park in America and is considered one of the top scenic destinations in the Seattle/Tacoma area. The park is just 15 minutes from the inn - or take the bus - the Pt. Defiance bus stop is 2 blocks away.
