Prospect Suite
The Prospect Suite is named after Tacoma's Prospect Hill and has a view of Puget Sound beyond its two large picture windows. The suite is appointed with a large queen four-poster plantation bed, additional antique furnishings, and separate wardrobe/sitting area. The extremely large master bath features a two-person jetted tub, large shower, and antique cabinet washbasin.

Cedar Room
The Cedar Room is named after the two large trees located outside the bedroom and bathroom windows offering privacy, shade, and quiet. The room is appointed with a decorative iron queen size bed, and additional antique furnishings. The roomy vintage bathroom includes a period circular shower basin, enormous soaking tub, and pedestal sink.

Bullard Room
 Bullard Room
The Bullard Room is named after the Branch Colonial House's architect, George W. Bullard. Mr. Bullard was a prominent architect for many years in Tacoma, designing several historical buildings within the surrounding neighborhood. The room is appointed with an antique queen size bed, additional antique furnishings, CD, cable TV and VCR. The bathroom features period pedestal sink, and antique shower tub.

Branch Quarters
The Branch Quarters is named after the original master of the house, William T. Branch. Fittingly, the suite is our most opulent featuring Louis XIV antique furnishings, large fireplace, two large picture windows with views of Puget Sound and Commencement Bay. This room has space for sitting to enjoy the fire or view. The large private master bath includes a two-person jetted tub and shower, antique cabinet and pedestal sink.
Rate:$199 		The Sunroom
The Sunroom is named for the warm and inviting sunrise. This room has a king size bed, extra large bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower and a twin size fold out sleeper. From your tub you have a peek-a-boo view of Pudget Sound, additional antique furnishings, Bose Waveradio/CD, cable TV and VCR.

The Apartment
Our most recently completed suite is on the first floor and offers its own porch entrance, a full kitchen and laundry facilities to boot. Perfect for extended stays and families traveling on vacation. The room is appointed with a queen-size bed, twin size day bed, cable TV and VCR. The bathroom features a clawfoot-soaking tub with rain showerhead. Please call for extended rates if needed.
Rate: $149

If you must cancel, there will be no charge up to seven days in advance of your reservation date. If canceled within seven days, full charges for all days will apply unless we are able to rebook the room(s). For special events, cancellation policy varies from seven to thirty days, based on the event.

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal/traveler's checks and cash.

Smoking Policy
Branch Colonial House Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking facility. Smoking in the rooms or house will result in an additional $150.00 charge to your account.

Children
Children are welcome and if you come in late, please be respectful of other guests who may be asleep.
