Good Morning America comes to Leavenworth, WA.
ABC's "Good Morning America" is featuring Leavenworth in a one week series called "Flip the Switch", turning on the Christmas Holiday Lights. Live coverage for the East Coast will start at 4 am Pacific Time on Thursday, November 29th. Come join us to turn on our lights for America, return to our B&B and watch us at 7 am on TV, then enjoy our savory breakfast. What a great event to start the holiday season!

Enjoy one of our three distinctive guest rooms at Bosch Garten. Each is located on the second floor to provide a panoramic view of the rose garden, valley and mountain. All three rooms have private baths, cable TV, reading lamps, down comforters, big pillows and are sound proofed and air conditioned for maximum privacy and comfort. Guest Information
  • A minimum 2 night stay may apply at various times during the year such as festival weekends, holidays, and high season months of July, August, and December.
  • Please check with us as reservation arrangements may allow us to accept one night stays (at a higher rate) on weekends.
  • A one night deposit per room may be required at the time of your reservation.
  • All reservations must be confirmed with a major credit card or personal check (must be received two weeks prior to arrival date.)
  • Cash payments are accepted upon arrival.
  • We require a 14 day notice for most dates, and a 30 day notice for major festivals, holidays and the month of December.
  • Cancellations received prior to the 14/30 days will receive a refund (if already charged) less a processing fee.
  • If you should have to cancel within the required 14/30 days, you are responsible for any nights we are unable to rebook.
  • All cancellations will be charged a minimum $20 (plus tax) handling fee per room reserved.
  • No shows will be charged for all room nights reserved.
  • In cases where travel is impossible to Leavenworth due to all pass closures, your deposit will be refunded.
  • To cancel, please give us a call as we do not accept cancellations via email.
  • Check in time is 3 - 6 pm. We ask our registered guests to contact us via email or by phone if they expect to arrive later than 6 pm.
  • Check out is by 11 am (except Sundays by 10:30 am).
  • Business and traveling guests may make special arrangements for early or late check outs.
  • We are a smoke free environment, therefore no smoking is allowed on the premises.
  • We accept children 12 and older. Some exceptions are considered if under age 12. Please inquire.
  • Due to our two resident schnauzer dogs, no additional pets are allowed.
