    • Reservations required - only guests with confirmed reservations are accepted.
    • We require a 2-night minimum stay requirement.
    • A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to reserve a room. This is refundable up to 7 days prior to your stay, less a $15 fee. Cancellations after that time are charged for 1 night.
    • Traveler's checks, personal checks, and cash are accepted, as well as Visa and MasterCard.
    • A tax of 8.9% will be added to the above rates, which include breakfast.
    • Rates subject to change.
    • Check in: By appointment.
    • Check out: 11 a.m.
    • Smoke-free environment.
    • The household includes our companion animals "Mabel Irene," a German Shepherd, and "Agnes Grace," the cat.
    • Guests over 16 welcome.
