Policies:
  • A one night deposit (per room) may be required at the time of your reservation.
  • We will be happy to refund your deposit less a processing fee, if we know of your change of plans 30 days for festival/holiday, 14 days all other dates, in advance of your arrival.
  • Within the 14/30 days, you will be responsible for any nights that are not resold.
  • Naturally, if all the passes are closed your deposit will be credited.
  • Prices subject to change.
  • Credit cards accepted.
  • Check in: 3 PM; Check out: 11 AM
  • Adults only.
  • No pets, please.
  • This is a smoke-free environment.
  • Prices based on double occupancy.
  • Lodging for each additional guest above two guests is $25 per night.
  • Two-night minimum on all weekends, and various times of the year.
  • Three-night minimum stay on all festival and holiday weekends.
