Enjoy the style, comfort and highest standards of accommodation, the warm hospitality where the kettle is always on, and the friendly informal atmosphere of this beautiful home. Indulge yourselves with fabulous (Vermont made) organic soaps, luxurious bath robes, Turkish cotton towels and organic cotton duvets. We are the antidote to Ye Olde Worlde Englande.
European breakfasts, at the Woodstocker may include homemade granola and fruit compote; seasonal, local and organic produce whenever possible, a selection of breads with marmalade, jams or marmite, served with freshly ground organic coffee and the best of leaf teas. We will gently encourage you to try our pork and blueberry or pork and maple syrup sausages with HP sauce, or how about wild smoked salmon, free-range eggs, and traditional British dishes such as boiled eggs and soldiers, porridge, or European style back bacon. We prepare hot food to order and you can choose to dine anytime between 0830 and 1000, at your convenience.

Your hosts at the Woodstocker are Dora, David and Stanley. Dora is of Italian extraction, David an Englishman born in Yorkshire, and Stanley a female wheaten terrier originally from Tennessee and currently being schooled to recognize the English accent. Committed foodies (yes the dog as well) we subscribe to the tenets of the Slow Food Movement (SFM) founded in Italy in 1986, which now has associations around the world, including the USA. We are also proud members of the British Sausage Appreciation Society.
