Dining Area European breakfasts, at the Woodstocker may include homemade granola and fruit compote; seasonal, local and organic produce whenever possible, a selection of breads with marmalade, jams or marmite, served with freshly ground organic coffee and the best of leaf teas. We will gently encourage you to try our pork and blueberry or pork and maple syrup sausages with HP sauce, or how about wild smoked salmon, free-range eggs, and traditional British dishes such as boiled eggs and soldiers, porridge, or European style back bacon. We prepare hot food to order and you can choose to dine anytime between 8:30 and 10 a.m., at your convenience.

Your hosts at the Woodstocker are Dora and David. Dora is of Italian extraction and David an Englishman born in Yorkshire. Committed foodies, we subscribe to the tenets of the Slow Food Movement (SFM) founded in Italy in 1986, which now has associations around the world, including the USA. We are also proud members of the British Sausage Appreciation Society.

The Woodstocker offers a warm welcome with an eclectic style. We are in the heart of the village of Woodstock and have ample parking. Bring your own favorite slippers or borrow a pair from us for the duration of your stay. You’ll feel right at home.

Feed the body. Our 24 hour guest refreshment station invites you to graze at your leisure. Feel free to BYO beverages. By prior arrangement and subject to availability enjoy your breakfast at chef’s table in the kitchen. Relax the mind. Our library houses books accumulated over 25 years working in UK publishing, which our guests are free to enjoy.
