Most Classic Rooms have queen or king-size beds (Susie Keach has a double bed). In spring and summer, a Special Room is one with a private balcony, in fall and winter, one with a fireplace or a Vermont Castings gas stove. Deluxe Rooms are larger in size and, in addition to a king-size bed and fireplace or stove, have extra features such as a jacuzzi, soaking tub or large window seat. Loft Rooms are our largest rooms. All have king-size beds, fireplaces, balconies and soaking tubs or jacuzzis. We are open all year except a week or 2 in April and the week before Christmas (Dec 19-27). Special midweek and seasonal packages available.

Peak & Seasonal Rates: Add $50 per night during peak periods, which include fall foliage season (3rd weekend in September ­ 3rd weekend in October), Christmas Week, and President's Day Weekend.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is anytime after 2:00 pm, check-out is before 11:00 am.

Single Occupancy: Deduct $10 from the double occupancy rate.

Additional Person: A third person may be accommodated in some rooms for an additional charge of $35.

Deposit: All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to the room rate for one night, or 50% of the reserved stay for bookings of more than two nights.

Reservation Policy: Two night reservations are requested for most weekends and peak foliage season, three nights on certain holiday weekends.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Optima, and Discover cards.

Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel your stay 14 days or more prior to your arrival, we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay, or arrange for a refund net of a $40 processing fee. Thirty day notice is required for stays in September, October and other peak times such as New Year’s week and President’s week in February. If cancellation occurs inside of the required 14 or 30 day period prior to your arrival, no deposit will be refunded or held for a future stay unless the entire reserved stay is rebooked by another party. Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.

Smoking: No-smoking policy except outside.

Children: Appropriate for children 12 and over.

Pets: Dogs in residence. Sorry, no guest pets.
