A beautifully appointed King size canopy bed, topped with a luxurious feather bed, invites a great night's sleep in this room located on the second floor. You can enjoy a real wood fire in the fireplace and watch TV from the comfort of two wing back chairs, or from the bed that you may never want to leave. Under foot in this, our largest room, is a plush Chinese Oriental rug. This room retains its original oak mantle and stained glass window detail. Complete with a private bath with a carrera marble tile shower, this room overlooks our shaded perennial garden. A most romantic room! The perfect suite to enjoy a romantic escape. Relax by the gas fireplace in two custom club chairs. The flat screen color cable TV can be enjoyed from either the king size four poster bed or the sitting area by the fireplace. Bring your favorite music to play on the cd player. Submerge yourself in the two person whirlpool tub, or enjoy the luxury of the separate two headed shower, in your elegantly appointed all marble bathroom. Located on the ground floor, an outside entrance affords privacy, while an entrance to an inside hall provides easy access to our lovely garden and the rest of the inn. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access, in-room coffee maker, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. Individually controlled heat and central air-conditioning for your year-round comfort. |
- Rates: $125 to $300
- Children: Due to the quiet nature of the Inn, we do not accept children under the age of 14.
- Pets: Pets are not accepted.
- Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn.
- Payment Method: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.
- Reservation Policy: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays. You may send a check, or use a credit card to secure your room.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 service charge per room, provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. A $25 service charge per room will apply. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. For holiday weekends, the entire fall foliage period, or when you or your party reserve more than one room, we will refund your deposit, less a $25 service charge, provided that you give more than 30 days notice. Within 30 days, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. A $25 service charge per room will apply. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are regarded as cancellations.
Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing a small country inn.
