Stowe, Vermont (VT) Bed & Breakfast: Most guestrooms have their own sitting areas, all have private baths, TV, A/C and all are welcoming places to relax after long day of fun. Seven sleeping rooms are located in the main house, all tastefully decorated. A seperate building, the Hill house, offers eight luxury suites. These large rooms all have wood burning fireplaces, sitting areas, private baths, private porch with wonderful views and easy access to our outdoor Jacuzzi.

Policies
  • 2-night minimum stay required on weekends except during off season.
  • Call for extended stay rates.
  • We DO NOT charge any service charges.
  • Rates do not include VT tax.
  • Rates reflect double occupancy and include full breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, soft drinks and use of our new private cinema.
  • Extra adult in the room is $20, child 10-17 is $10. Kids under 10 stay free!
  • Rate for 2 bedroom cottage is for 4 people.
  • Ten Acres Lodge requires a deposit of 50% of your stay, plus tax, to hold your reservation.
  • One night stays are fully charged upon booking.
  • Should you need to cancel your reservation, you MUST do so more than 14 days ( 21 days for peak season reservations) before your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Or, you can use your deposit as a credit for a future stay.
  • ALL cancellations do incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Check out: 11 AM.; Check in: 3 - 9 PM. Please call if you have to check in after 9 PM
  • We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Traveler's Checks and even cash!
  • No smoking in any indoor areas.
