Seven sleeping rooms are located in the main house, all tastefully decorated. A seperate building, the Hill house, offers eight luxury suites. These large rooms all have wood burning fireplaces, sitting areas, private baths, private porch with wonderful views and easy access to our outdoor Jacuzzi.

Breakfast at Ten Acres is a simple, yet filling affair. We are committed to making sure no one goes away hungry. Imagine beignets, hot Tea, scrambled eggs cooked with cream, bacon, fruit of all kinds, and French toast with Vermont Maple syrup! You can also sample Ten Acres Hot Chocolate, a recipe made here at the lodge. And finally, Vermont's own Green Mountain coffee.

Ten Acres Lodge consists of three separate buildings. The buildings stand on expansive grounds containing a swimming pool, tennis court and plenty of room to wander under the maple trees. We also have added a sauna.

 The Hill House has our home cinema, with a 9 foot screen, LCD projection in widescreen, Blu Ray high definition video player, 6.1 digital sound (Dolby Digital or DTS) and hundreds of films on DVD and Blu Ray to choose from. The cinema seats 8 people comfortably. The room features an abundance of movie memorabilia primarily from the 40 years of James Bond films.

Children's features are shown in late afternoon/early evening allowing Mom and Dad to steal a little quiet time or have a private dinner. As a guest of Ten Acres, you have access to your private screening room to enjoy a variety of films.
