Taraden Bed & Breakfast

The Night Pasture is a multiple-room suite located on the second floor of the main house. The bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed, and the living room sleeps an additional two on a sofa bed and accompanying trundle. Amenities in the suite include private bathroom, refrigerator with a selection of drinks, microwave, and a television with DVD player.

The Cottage is a separate, newly renovated building which sleeps two on a queen bed. It has a completely new bathroom with bench seat in the glass-enclosed shower and a kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave. French doors in the bedroom exit onto a new deck that is perfect for warm weather lounging while enjoying one of the best views at Taraden. Other amenities include TV, ceiling fan, and as with all of our suites, bottled water & popcorn is supplied.

The warm and cozy West Wing suite sleeps three. Two can share a queen bed in the main bedroom. A third can enjoy a twin bed located in an adjoining private room. The suite has a private bathroom that has both a shower and a claw-foot tub. The suite comes with a TV and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and soft drinks. For those who might have trouble with stairs, The West Wing is on the same floor as the entrance and Breakfast Room.

• Room rates vary with the season, length of stay, number of guests per room, as well as other factors.
• Prices range from $150 to $200 per night, for up to two persons.
• An extra guest in any room is $35 if the room can support the extra bed.
• Rates will be cheerfully quoted upon request.
• Check-in is between 4 and 7 PM. We can accommodate other arrival times with prior arrangement. Check-out is 11 AM.
• We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard and Visa.
• A 9% Vermont State room and meals tax will be added to all bills.
• Taraden is a non-smoking environment.
• We regret that Taraden cannot accommodate children under the age of 12.
• We also regret that Taraden is not set up to accommodate pets. However, we will do whatever we can to accommodate service animals.
