The Sinclair Inn Bed & Breakfast is located in the quiet Vermont town of Jericho, near Burlington. The Inn draws tourists visiting Burlington, Lake Champlain, Smugglers Notch and Mt. Mansfield, as they are all within 16 miles.

Guest Rooms/Rates

All of the guest rooms have their own large private bathroom. Each room is decorated with coordinating fabrics for the curtains, bedspreads and wallpaper within the last 5 years. Most rooms are in a turret so there area many windows and lots of light. Every room has comfortable sitting chairs to curl up and read a book. There is a small refrigerator and bar area for guests to use on the second floor. We endeavour to price competitively. Our rates are seasonal and are between $90.00 and $160.00.

First Floor
Guest Room (#1) - This guest room is decorated with coordinating fabric and overlooks the gardens. It is handicap accessible and equipped. The private bathroom has a handicap equipped shower and grab rails. There is also a buzzer alarm for assistance which rings in the owners' quarters. The bed is a King sized bed that can be split into twins. This room provides guests with a very open and inviting living space.

Second Floor

#2 A King bed with matching linens and wallpaper. Five large windows, and a bathroom with shower. There are great views of the gardens in Summer and Fall.
#3 A Queen bed with matching linens and wallpaper. The windows overlook the front of inn, there is a private bathroom with shower, and a sitting area.
#4 A Queen bed in a room that overlooks front of Inn through original stained glass. The bathroom has a small tubshower.
#5A Queen bed in our largest room, decorated with Waverly fabrics and linens. Five windows bring in lots of light and the bathroom has a tub to soak away the days activities.
#6 A Queen bed AND a twin bed, bathroom with shower. Good for three people or a couple traveling with an older child.

This Inn is a non-smoking environment.
Children should be at least 12 years of age unless families book the entire inn.
Special Weekends offered during Valentines Day complete with champagne, chocolate truffles, and Belgian waffles. We are doing a lot of special gatherings and parties.

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations should be made in advance, especially during busy season of July through October. Reservations can be confirmed with a major credit card (MC, Visa, Discover or American Express). Reservations canceled within 10 days of arrival will be charged 50% of total reservation unless the room can be re-booked. Failure to show for a reservation will result in the reservation being fully charged to the credit card.
Minimum two nights: Fall Foliage, Holidays and College Weekends
Reduced rates: January, February, March and April.
Check-in Time: After 3 p.m. Check-out Time: Before 11 a.m. Upon request, we will be happy to make special baggage arrangements beyond the designated times.
