We have enjoyed 16 years of welcoming guests to our bed and breakfast. The Inn is located within sight of the Village Green and an easy walk to the famous Woodstock Inn.

 Woodstock Room - Exposed beams and a rose and cream décor create an atmosphere of warmth and charm. The room is perfect for accommodating families, or adults requiring separate beds or first floor access.

Quechee Room - Unique to this room is a comfy brass bed and a private porch for two that overlooks the park. A quilt adorns the bed in winter.

Hanover Room - Cool jade green with touches of rose and blue accent this room. An old fashion claw foot tub provides a luxurious bath.

  • Foliage & Holiday: $130 - $160
  • Regular Season:
    • Midweek: $100 - $125
    • Weekend: $125 - $150
  • Off Season:
    • Midweek: $85 - $110
    • Weekend: $95 - $130
  • Based on double occupancy, $15 charge for additional guest.
  • Rates are subject to Vermont Room & Meals Tax

  • Visa and MasterCard are accepted for the convenience of our guests.
  • Discounts are offered for payment by cash, personal check, or travelers' check.
  • One night or 50% deposit, whichever is greater, is required within 10 days to confirm your reservation. Reservations confirmed with a Visa or MasterCard result in a 100% deposit.
  • A deposit assures us both that your accommodations are confirmed on the dates reserved. Therefore, if any situation arises necessitating your cancellation, a full refund will be provided as long as the cancellation does not result in a vacancy.
