Rosebelle's Victorian Inn - Brandon, Vermont Handsomely and conscientiously restored, Rosebelle's Victorian Inn offers travelers a truly Victorian mood in one of the fine and solitary corners of New England. Located in the quaint historic village of Brandon, known for beautiful Victorian period homes, this architecturally impressive c1839 three-story manor stands out as one of the most stunning with its Mansard roof, Italianate porch, and an artistic outside filigree. First level common rooms include a breakfast room, large dining room, sitting parlor, office, and the Pink Lady Gift shop.

Guests often stroll in the perennial flower gardens where they occasionally experience butterflies and hummingbirds. We are conveniently located within easy walking distance to the village center. Each morning begins with a scrumptious Vermont gourmet-style breakfast prepared and served at individual linen covered tables.

Rosebelle's Victorian Inn Bed and Breakfast offers five spacious Victorian antique appointed rooms each with private bath and individual thermostats. For your added comfort, plush bathrobes, towels, hairdryers and Greenwich bay soaps and toiletries are available for use. For your convenience and consideration, we offer a special suite package to include two large rooms, each with queen-size bed, sharing one central bath at attractive room rates.

Rates and Policies
  • Rates are season dependent and range from $115 to $135 daily per room, per evening for two adults.
  • Rates slightly higher during foliage season.
  • Mid-week corporate rates available.
  • Room rates exclude applicable Vermont state taxes.
  • Rates subject to change without prior notification.
  • Cancellation policy: when given 14 days notice (30 days during certain holidays and peak periods), your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee or, if you desire, we will hold your deposit toward a future visit.
  • Two and occasionally some three-night reservations are required during special weekends, holiday periods, and fall foliage season.
  • Reservations are guaranteed by credit card or forwarding a personal check.
  • No smoking on premises please.
  • No pets.
  • Check-in: 3 pm and 9 pm; Check-out:10:30 am.
  • Not appropriate for children under the age of 10.
  • Gift certificates are available.
  • High-speed wireless Internet access is available.
