The Inn is perched in the mountains of the Northeast Kingdom, Vermont’s most beautiful and undiscovered region, where old-fashioned traditions abound and views are breathtaking. For additional recreation, drive 10 minutes to Burke Mountain, a major alpine ski resort; soak in the culturally rich Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium and the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum and Art Gallery; shop for antiques and Vermont-made products; golf at nearby St. Johnsbury Country Club; swim, fish or canoe on pristine lakes; visit Cabot Creamery or the Maple Museum at Maple Grove Farm ... or just enjoy our scenic country roads. Beautiful landscaping With its spectacular scenery, on-site restaurant and diverse local activities, the Inn is an ideal location for weddings and family reunions. Two separate farmhouse units (each with full kitchen) are ideal for small groups—or reserve the entire inn for larger gatherings. The newly renovated Morgan Horse Barn can accommodate parties up to 250 people for summer weddings, civil unions and other events.
