Breakfast
Each morning the ambience of a 3 course candlelight breakfast awaits you. Influenced by Allan & Jackie’s New England upbringing, as well as their Scottish heritage, the experience is one guests most often write about. The back yard garden will be started in 2006 to grow organic asparagus, berries, herbs and tomatoes – as well as whatever strikes our fancy! We belong to the Vermont Fresh Network – a farm and chef partnership that brings locally grown food to the table and helps preserve Vermont’s agricultural landscape.
