The room is very bright with windows on three sides and overlooks the stream in the back yard. $145 - $205

This cozy room has a lovely four poster queen bed which is draped lace. Beautiful hard wood floors and unique crown molding, make this room exceptionally romantic. The large bathroom completes this beautifully appointed room. $135 - $185

As you walk up the main staircase you will be greeted by the beautifully stenciled walls and the Amish room. This room has three large windows surrounding the bed. • Our REGULAR daily room rates range from $125 - $225 per room, based on double occupancy and include a full gourmet breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
• Rates are subject to change without notice. A 9% Vermont sales tax will be added to final bill.
• We require an advance deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of the stay for visits longer than two nights.
• Minimum stays are required for weekends, foliage season & holidays.
• Deposits may be made by credit card, or personal check.
• Deposits made by personal check must be received by us within 7 days of booking.
• Full room rate will be forfeited if guest arrives after confirmed arrival date or departs before the final day of reservation.
• A refund of your deposit less a $25 per room processing fee will be made for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival (30 days prior during foliage/holidays).
• If less than 14 (or 30) days' notice is given, your credit card will be billed the full amount provided we are unable to re-sell the cancelled reservation.
• We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and AmEx.
• Check-In time is after 3 p.m.
• Check-Out is by 11 a.m.
• We are open all year.
• We are a non-smoking inn. Non-compliance will result in a $100 service charge.
• There are no accommodations for pets.
• The inn is not suitable for infants or children.
• Gift Certificates are always available, just ask.
