Maple Ice Cream. The experience is enhanced by the warmth of the festive
red floral wallpaper and candlelight and a Wine List recognized by Wine
Spectator with its "Award of Excellence". Our cozy pub with fireplace
beckons with an array of after dinner drinks and single malt scotches. A
sumptuous breakfast is served to our house guests.
Chef Michael uses the highest quality ingredients attained locally and
internationally to provide guests with an exquisite and memorable dining
experience like none other. His training in nutrition, and belief in the
benefits of a healthy lifestyle, ensure that all of our dishes offer
flavor and enjoyment without compromising nutritional integrity. Guests
are surprised to learn that the rich and flavorful meals contain very
little butter, heavy cream, or added sweeteners. We attempt to attain most
of our ingredients from local New England companies and farms to ensure
sustainable community production for years to come.
