Main Inn The Main Inn was constructed in 1830. The dining room and sitting room, with comfortable seating and fireplace, occupy the first floor. All Main Inn guest rooms are on the second floor.

Rate Information & Policies

The three rates given for each room refer to Standard, Seasonal, and Peak rates.
The lowest rate (Standard) applies at all times except the following:
- Seasonal Rates apply to:
  - 2/16-2/25, 9/24-9/27, 10/15-10/20, 12/21-12/31,
  - Weekends & Holidays 5/25-9/16 (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)
- Peak Rates apply to:
  - 9/21-9/23, 9/28-10/14
All rates shown are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
- Additional person (Age 12+) in room $30, $50 Peak
- Additional child (2 - 11) $15, $25 Peak
- Children under 2 no charge
Porta-Cribs available with a $10 set up charge
Vermont state tax of 9% will be added.
RESERVATIONS: Confirmed upon receipt of deposit equal to one night's charge. Extended stays or special events may require additional deposits. Deposits may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or personal checks. Credit cards are charged at the time the reservation is made. Personal checks must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. Personal checks will not be accepted for payment of final balances at checkout.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits, less $20 administrative charge per room, will be refunded only if reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to arrival date. With less than 10 days' notice, deposits cannot be refunded. Extended stays, multiple rooms or special events may require that cancellations be made 30 days or more in advance to receive a refund.
SMOKING: Not permitted anywhere inside buildings.
MINIMUM STAY: A two night minimum stay is required during Peak Season and most weekends. Three nights are required some holiday weekends. Call for last-minute availability.
CHECK-IN: 3 - 7 pm, or special arrangement; CHECK-OUT: 11 am.
