The Autumn Room offers a queen size oak sleigh bed, Vermont Castings gas fireplace stove, beamed ceiling with fan, a large ensuite bath with an oversized shower and a hand-carved antique oak vanity. Lots of windows. $185 - $205, depending on season		The Cottage, with its own private deck, contains two guest quarters, the *Blacksmith Suite* and the *Garden Room. $355 - $395 (for entire cottage), depending on season Garden Room: $170 - $190 Blacksmith Suite*: $195 - $215

Rates and Policies...

Rates

Room rates range from $155 to $205 per day.*
All rates are based on double occupancy and include a full country breakfast.
There is a charge of $25 for an additional person in a room; not all rooms can accommodate an extra person, please ask for details.
*Rates are slightly higher with minimum stays required during foliage season and other peak periods and holiday weekends.

No Smoking

Hickory Ridge House complies with Vermont's Clean Air Act. There is no smoking in the inn or the cottage.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or by arrangement.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Confirmations

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required.
Guests who arrive after their confirmed arrival date or depart before the final day of their reservation will forfeit their deposit.
Guests who do not honor their confirmed reservation will be debited 100% of the room charge for the entire period reserved.

Cancellations

With at least seven days notice of a cancellation Hickory Ridge House will refund the deposit less a $15 processing fee. With less than seven days notice a refund (less the processing fee) will only be made if the cancelled room is rebooked.

Children

The main house is not suitable for children under the age of ten, however families with younger children are welcome in our cottage.

Pets

Dogs and their owners can be accommodated in our Cottage. Please see inn website for full policies.
