Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

• A full deposit is required for a one-night stay or for any reservation having a minimum stay, and a 50% deposit is required for all other stays.
  
• In the event of cancellation of a stay, or any portion thereof, advance deposits will be refunded according to the following schedule:
  A full refund of deposit will be given if the notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date. For cancellations at least 14 days but less than 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date the inn will retain 10% of the deposit as a cancellation fee.
  
• For cancellations at least 3 days but less than 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date, the inn will retain 25% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. There is no refund of deposit for any cancellation received less than three days prior to confirmed arrival date.
  
• Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as personal or travelers checks.
  
• All rates subject to change without notice.
