Cancellation Policy

A deposit of one nights stay is required. Deposits are refundable (less a $25 charge) providing not less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given (21 days during holiday periods) prior to your arrival date. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made within the periods specified. Reservations are guaranteed and guests are responsible for the entire period reserved. All rooms are subject to 9% Vermont State tax. We have no service charge, however a 15% service charge will be added to reservations for wedding parties or for block bookings of six rooms or more.
