Policies
  • All rates include a full breakfast each morning.
  • MAP is available upon request for an additional $80 per night to include all food, not including tip or alcohol, subject to restaurant hours.
  • Holiday weeks follow weekend rates.
  • $20 additional person charge in rooms that can accommodate.
  • Vermont Rooms and Meals tax (10%) not included.
  • All rooms have private bathrooms.
  • Children over 8 are more than welcome.
  • Single and group rates available.
  • Check in after 2:30 pm; Check out 11 am
  • Rates are subject to change
  • A deposit of one night or 50% of the stay is required to secure a reservation.
  • Cancellation of a reservation must be done 14 days (21 holiday) prior to the reserved dates in order to receive a refund, less $20 service charge.
  • Refunds will not be given for arrival after the reserved date as well as early departures.
  • A cancellation with less than 14 days (21 holiday) notice will result in forfeit of your deposit and full charge for the reserved nights.
