Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A service charge of 15% will be added to all lodging charges and bar purchases. Vermont state sales tax is 9% on rooms and meals and 10% on alcoholic beverages. Refunds will be made if cancellations are made 14 days in advance of arrival date, minus a 10% service charge. Within the 14 day period, deposits are non-refunable but will be held (minus 10% service charge) for reuse on a stay which occurs within six months of cancelled arrival date.

General Policies:
Smoking allowed only on balconies, decks and outdoor areas. We welcome children over 12, however, we do not have cribs, high chairs, or children's menus. Regretfully we cannot accept pets.
