Policies:

A service charge of 15% will be added to all lodging charges and bar purchases.
Vermont state sales tax is 9% on rooms and meals and 10% on alcoholic beverages. Refunds will be made if cancellations are made 14 days in advance of arrival date, minus a 10% service charge.
Within the 14 day period, deposits are non-refundable but will be held (minus 10% service charge) for reuse on a stay which occurs within six months of cancelled arrival date.
Smoking allowed only on balconies, decks and outdoor areas.
We welcome children over 12, however, we do not have cribs, high chairs, or children's menus.
Regretfully we cannot accept pets.
MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards accepted.
Check-in time - 3 to 10 p.m.; Checkout time - 11 a.m.
