Introduction
The Inn On Covered Bridge Green is the former home of America's most beloved illustrator/artist, Norman Rockwell. For over two centuries, the Village of Arlington has been home to other such historic Vermont figures as 18th Century Ethan Allen and his Green Mountain Boys and 20th Century writers, Dorothy Canfield Fisher and poet, Robert Frost.
The Inn is the perfect getaway for your Vermont vacation, or the ideal spot for any wedding, reception or honeymoon. The Green affords the location for your special celebrations and our inn conveniently provides private, elegant and romantic accommodations for the bride and groom, and/or guests and family.
Our rooms and cottages span the spectrum of beauty, elegance, comfort and romance as well as offering a wide range of budget and amenities. All our rooms have fireplaces and each one is individually decorated with a finely tuned attention to detail.

Our location in Arlington makes up equally accessible to Manchester's shopping outlets, 20 minutes away, antique shops, many fine restaurants, Bromley and Stratton Mountains as well as historic Bennington, VT, 25 minutes away.
Mingle in the late afternoon with fellow guests on our spacious lawns or perhaps take a hike up through our hillside apple orchard. Later you can dine in one of the many nearby restaurants or perhaps take in a local concert or summer theatre production.
