Hideaway Cottage for self-catered stays in the Heart of Manchester, Vermont Located 8 miles north of Arlington For your extended, self-catered stay, we invite you to our Hideaway Cottage, very privately located, yet in the heart of Manchester Center. Just bring your suitcase! Offering one floor living, this very private cottage with its enclosed porch, is tucked away amidst perennial gardens and lawns, at the end of a quiet lane, just steps away to Manchester’s Designer outlets, groceries, art galleries, movies, restaurants. Cozily furnished to a high standard, this 2-bedroom diminutive cottage offers a complete kitchen, dining/living area and wood-burning stove. Amenities include: Dishwasher, w/d, cable tv, vcr, dvd, a/c, phone, picnic table, BBQ.

Rates & Policies:

• Nightly/weekly rates are based on number of persons plus Vermont Rooms tax.
• Nightly rate {2 & 3 night minimums}:
• 1 or 2 persons: $185; $50 per additional person Weekly rate: 1 or 2 persons: $1,000; $200 per additional person
• Check-in: 4pm; Check-out: 11 am

• NO SMOKING; NO PETS. Maximum occupancy: 1 to 4 persons.
• RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS/CANCELLATION: Reservations are confirmed upon payment in full and must be secured by Mastercard or Visa at time of reservation. Cancellation: Deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded if reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% Deposit will be refunded if reservation is canceled with 21 to 30 days' notice. With less than 21 days' notice, deposit can not be refunded.
