• Refunds will be given if cancellations are made 14 days prior to the arrival date. It is important to note that the cancellation period changes to a 30 day's notice during fall foliage (September 1 - October 31), holidays, special occasions, multi room (2 or more) reservations and during special local events. A 6 month cancellation notice is required for Dartmouth College Graduation and weddings, which are held here on the property.
• With less than the required cancellation notice, your deposit will be applied to a future stay or refunded ONLY if we are able to rebook your room.
• Check-In: 4 pm to 8 pm. Please make arrangements with the innkeeper for late arrivals after 8 pm.
• Check-Out: 11 am

• Pets are welcomed by special arrangement.
• Children are welcomed; however, in consideration of other guests, children under the age of 18 must be supervised in the library, workout room, swimming pond and all outside common areas.
• Our farm and inn are non-smoking facilities. However, smoking is permitted on the outdoor grounds. Smoking is not allowed in or around the barns or cottage.
