Furnished with antiques and fine reproductions, oriental rugs, and a charming collection of art, The Charleston House is part of the sophistication that is Woodstock. Built in 1835, our Greek revival home is set amid the ambiance and historic tradition of the village. Walk to surrounding art galleries, museums and shops.
All of our rooms feature modern amenities without losing the quintessential charm of yesteryear. Each room has a private bath and is air-conditioned in the summer. Several rooms have a fireplace, a Jacuzzi tub, and/or a TV. Delight in our sumptuous candlelit breakfasts. Relax by the fire in the living room, or gather on the porch to enjoy a late afternoon treat.
Rates and Policies
Rates range from $135 to $240 per night.
Add 15% during high season.
High Season: September 22, 2006 to October 21, 2006 and December 26, 2006 to January 1, 2007.
Rates are subject to 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals tax and are based on single or double occupancy per room per night, and include breakfast and afternoon refreshments.

There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays, and during Peak Season.
A deposit equivalent to a one-night charge is required to confirm each room reservation.
A deposit will be refunded only if a notice of cancellation is received at least fourteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
