This second floor room offers guest's a glimpse of Vermont wildlife. It is a favorite vantage point to watch the fireflies dance in the night sky and be lulled to sleep by the songs of the toads & crickets from the trees and thickets that surround the property. The queen size antique brass bed is coupled with a featherbed and down comforter to keep you toasty on a cool Vermont evening. This room is rich with the colors of the forest. Greens, browns and gold's are found throughout the bedding and drapes. Toad Hollow features an oak dresser & fireplace. Rich terry cloth robes are provided for your use to reach the private bathroom located directly across the hall.

Tariff – $149 to $169 per night plus taxes. All rates include full gourmet breakfast, all day coffee & tea service. Afternoon snack and evening cocktail from our honor bar & bedtime dessert.

Guest Information
  • The equivalent of one night's stay or 50% of the total reservation (whichever is greater) is due by credit card at the time of booking.
  • The balance of the reservation is due at check-in by cash, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
  • All deposits are refundable, less a $25 processing fee per room, up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
  • A 30-day cancellation notice is required over foliage and holiday periods.
  • Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival, early departures and no-shows are responsible for the entire amount of the stay.
  • All rates shown are double or single occupancy and do not include 9% Vermont food & lodging tax or 4% community sponsorship fund.
  • We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
  • Check-in: from 3 - 7 pm daily. Arrivals after 7 pm are possible with prior arrangement.
  • Check-out: 11 am or by prior arrangement. We're sorry, but early check-ins are not available.
  • We are sorry but we can not accept pets.
  • We can not host individuals under 18 years of age.
  • The Belding House Bed & Breakfast is a Non-Smoking property.
