Rates are $70-$80 per night based on double occupancy with a continental breakfast included; $20 for extra adult person in room, children over age of 6 $10; children 6 or under no extra cost. Gratuities and Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax are not included. Ask for vacation package.

• Reservation and Deposit Policy: Your deposit guarantees your entire stay. A one night deposit is required within 7 days of reservation for a two day stay. A two night deposit is requested for longer stays. With a stay of one week, the 4th night is free.

• Refund Policy: If it is necessary for you to cancel, we will refund your entire deposit if notice is received 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Within fourteen days, we will refund your deposit ONLY if we are able to resell your room.
