You can choose twin or double beds, and there is a crib too, if you need one. Private baths are available. Your hosts will serve you a full (and filling) country breakfast any time between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. There's always local cider (or other juices and fruits), a selection of teas and fresh ground Vermont-roasted coffee.

The ECHO center offers an aquarium with views of animals from the local lake Champlain environment. If the lake itself is your destination, there are many day cruises available. Because of its location in beautiful Northwest Vermont, there are a variety of outdoor activities to entice as well. A 7.6 mile bike trail leads through pristine forests. If hiking is more your speed, Burlington offers a very easy hike to local favorite Mt. Philo. Magic Hat, a local brewery, also offers tours of their facility. In all Burlington is a great stop over on a tour of the northeast and a great destination in its own right.
