  • VT Lodging Taxes (9%) and a Service Gratuity (15%) will be added to all charges.
  • Birch Ridge is a smoke free facility.
  • Birch Ridge welcomes children 12 and older.
  • Advanced reservations are required. A deposit payment is due with reservation.
  • Full payment is required at check-out.
  • If you cancel your reservation, you may forfeit your deposit.
  • Modified American Plan rates are available for an additional charge most evenings.
