Woodstock, Vermont (VT) Bed and Breakfast: The 1830 Shire Town Inn is the smallest B&B in Woodstock is and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We have enjoyed 16 years of welcoming guests to our bed and breakfast. The Inn is located within sight of the Village Green and an easy walk to the famous Woodstock Inn.

Summer festivals are popular in the area, featuring jazz music, quilting and hot air balloons. Also, if you visit during the summer be sure to try Ben and Jerry's ice cream, as the first Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream store opened in Burlington in 1978 and still continues to be an ice cream favorite.
