Victorian House Scones offers a variety of
dry scone mixes made of superior ingredients, with no preservatives.
We offer them at wholesale prices, and packaged for both commercial
and retail use. You just add butter and buttermilk to the mix (and
any other additions you might wish to add to create your own signature
scone).
These scones simply melt in your mouth. But better than this, you
can serve fresh baked scones time and again to your guests without
having daily kitchen mess and clean-up. Once the dough is made,
the scones can be cut and individually frozen. Each morning, you
simply decide how many you need to bake, turn the oven on, and take
the desired number out of the freezer. The scones can be baked as
soon as the oven is hot, thus ensuring that any fruit added won’t
“melt down”. Baking time is approximately 15 minutes.
We offer two sizes of each of our flavors, both well suited for
the Bed and Breakfast industry. Our smaller size, which will make
16 scones, is packaged in a white, tin-tabbed bag, and has plenty
of room under the front label for you to “brand” with
your inn name. These bags can be re-sold to guests in your gift
shop, or used when you have no need for larger numbers of scones.
Our larger size, which is packaged in a zip-lock bag, makes 32 scones,
and allows you to stock your freezer in anticipation of busy days
ahead.
