Introduction

Step back in time to our stately six-bedroom brick Colonial home built during the reconstruction of Colonial Williamsburg. Our guests enjoy an earlier era when hospitality was a matter of pride and fine living was an art practiced in restful surroundings. Each of our well appointed rooms features fine antiques, rich fabrics, oriental rugs and wood floors with queen-sized beds and private baths. Guest parlors, a private cottage garden, central air, color TV and each morning, a lavish breakfast of fresh-brewed coffee, homemade breads, and Virginia delicacies.

The Innkeepers of the Williamsburg Manor also own a local Catering Company and take pride in preparing a delicious array of southern breakfast favorites every morning, the menu is always different, but we can certainly accommodate any special diets or allergy restrictions.

*Palace Chambers Yellow*	The Palace Chambers Yellow Room is located on the first floor in the back of the house overlooking the garden area. The room has yellow and red walls, a rice carved bed and private bath.
*Benjamin Powell House Red*	The Benjamin Powell House Red Room features one Red Wall, the room is attractively decorated with a Cherry Queen Size Bed, Private Bath & Television. The Rich Red Color makes this one of our most romantic rooms.
*Russell House Green*	The Russell House Green Room features a Light Green Walls, with a window on three sides of the room. The windows over look our cottage style garden. This guest room has Rice Carved Four Poster Bed, Private Bath & Television. This room is bright and airy.
*James Geddy Shared Suite*	The James Geddy Shared Suite is perfect for families traveling together. This two room suite features one room with a Queen Bed which shares a bath with a Room with Two Twin Size Beds. Each room has a television and an entrance from the hallway.
*James Southall Blue*	This guest room is the Innkeepers Favorite. The Room is Blue in Color and Faces Richmond Road. The Blue Walls are Rich and Inviting. The Room Features a Rice Carved Four Poster Bed, Private Bath and Television.

Guest Information

The Williamsburg Manor provides a hot regional breakfast buffet every morning at 8:30. We also keep a cooler stocked full of waters and soft drinks for our guests as well as fresh baked goods and candy available throughout the day.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, however, there is a large back patio where guests may smoke.
Small dogs are permitted in our ground floor room, however the dog owner must provide proof of vaccination and the dog much be kept in the room, or taken outdoors. Of course allowances will be made for guide dogs. Cats are not allowed. We can certainly recommend great kennels and boarding facilities for pets in the area, just ask!
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you may need to cancel your reservation, full deposit will be returned if cancellation is made 21 days or more prior to your check-in day. Should cancellation take place less than 21 days before check-in, for deposit will be refunded only if the room has been rebooked.
