Upstairs, Extremely Cozy And Comfortable, With Two Double Beds, Large Bath Across From Room, Bath Is Sometimes Shared If All The Rooms Are Full, Victorian Sitting Area Just Outside.

• Smoking is not allowed in the house.
• Smoking is allowed on any of the 3 porches.
• We cannot accommodate guest pets. There is one outside resident cat.
• We love children, but in order to provide a quiet environment for our guests, we do not allow children under the age of 8.
• The charge for an extra person in room is $20 per night.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (please bring your own)
• Deposit amount required by Check. (We are not yet set up for Charge Cards).
• Flexible check-in times available.
• Check-in time: 3 p.m.; Check-out: 11 a.m.
• Should you fail to arrive or cancel your reservation less than seven (7) days prior to your stated arrival time, you will be charged one-half night's stay, including tax.
