Introduction

Welcome to It's About Thyme Restaurant (European Country Cuisine), Thyme Market and Thyme Inn. A visit to our restaurant has the feel of Old World Europe, complete with slow cooked foods, a casual atmosphere and good company. If you are in a shopping mood, please visit our new Market. We carry a variety of International and locally produced products and offer our wood oven roasted fare to take home.

If you prefer to stay in town, you can select from one of our over-night rooms. Each room is well outfitted with an array of European antiques, and features the conveniences of a fireplace and Jacuzzi tub, all within a relaxed atmosphere.

Sage This is the smallest and most romantic of our rooms. Enjoy a cozy fire from your bed or a long soak in your Jacuzzi tub. Snuggle under down comforters and watch a movie on your flat screen TV or just curl up with a good book. Creature comforts are the most important, such as monogrammed bathrobes, slippers and bamboo towels. $125 per night
Thyme This is the largest of our rooms. Dine al fresco on your own private balcony or in the comfort of your room with a soft fire burning. Enjoy our monogrammed robes, comfortable slippers and full-sized Jacuzzi tub. If you would like to have guests for dinner, the room will seat up to 14 comfortably. Accommodations for cocktails can be made for up to 25 guests. $175 per night
Rosemary After a long day of wine tours, shopping, horseback riding or hiking, turn on the fireplace in your bathroom, fill the Jacuzzi tub and watch the stars from your skylight. Curl up in bed with a good book and glass of wine from our market. Wake to the smells of coffee brewing and fresh baked croissants. $150 per night
