The Silver Thatch Inn offers a special dining experience in its intimate candlelit dining rooms. Contemporary cuisine is offered, featuring grilled meat and fish with healthy and eclectic sauces. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers to ensure that the finest, freshest produce will reach our dining guests. All breads, muffins, cookies, and fabulous desserts are housemade. Holiday dining at the Inn is special.

Lodging is offered in three rooms in the main building and four rooms in the adjacent presidents cottage. Each room has its own unique personality and has been named for one of this country's early Virginia-born presidents. All of the rooms have private bathrooms and several have canopy beds and fireplaces. Our room amenities will make your stay more enjoyable.
