| Introduction |
| Arrive by car or by boat! The Sanderling House sits on the banks of Broad Creek in Deltaville amidst four acres of wooded pines and yet is only minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. Our Inn offers three delightfully furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the Garden Room has a whirlpool tub for two as well as a separate shower. Set in midst of the pine trees is our self-catered guest cottage, with water view. It sleeps up to six adults, and includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. |

All of our properties have central air conditioning and TV/VCR. We are a non-smoking B&B; however, we do allow smoking outside. If you have children or pets you would like to bring, please call us in advance; we are children and pet friendly!

Garden Room, Nautilus Room, and Marina Room
$90 to $150 per night, plus tax. More than two night stay incurs a small discount.
Pine Tree Cottage. 2 night minimum, $170-150 per night for the cottage or $850-$750 per week.

Afternoon tea awaits your arrival, with freshly baked treats, and wonderful restaurants are within walking distance or a short car ride away, for your evening meal. Evening meals at the Inn can be arranged, also. In the morning, a full breakfast is served at the location of your choice, deck, porch, dining room or bedroom and there is a choice of traditional or gourmet foods, both hot and cold.
| Some of you may like to arrive by boat. Our Marina, with available slips, is just at the end of the yard. We do appreciate a little notice if guests are arriving this way, but it is not always necessary. Enjoy fishing, rowing, kayaking or sailing from our dock. We have fishing charters leaving from our marina, too. |
