The Walter Rogers Room This romantic room, located on the first floor, provides great views of both the Blue Ridge and Massanutten Mountains. The room is decorated with an architectural flair offering a queen sized bed with mantel headboard, an all season fireplace and full private bath.

The Mark Ruffner Suite offers 2 spacious rooms and a full private bath in the upstairs wing of the Main House. The bedroom has a queen sized bed situated between 3 windows with spectacular views of the Skyline Drive and Massanutten Mountains, a sitting area by the windows for reading and conversing and a fireplace that offers a warm romantic ambiance, TV/DVD/VHS for watching movies from our large video collection . The suite room is equipped with a lounge area with cable TV as not to miss your favorite shows! A refrigerator for snacks and beverages and a coffee maker are provided for your convenience. All season fireplace. A full sized bed is also in the suite room for additional guests in your party. $25 per person additional. No children under the age of 16. Maximum occupancy 4.

The Emma Ruffner Rogers Room This bright and cheery room offers a full sized bed and private bath with full view shower. The breathtaking views of both mountain ranges and the all season fireplace adds a warm and romantic atmosphere. Cuddle up with your favorite movie from our large selection of videos.

The Rosebud Cottage A luxury cottage/cabin offers private and relaxing accommodations for 2 with many of the comforts of home. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/living room combination with cathedral ceiling equipped with queen sized bed, TV/VCR, cozy loveseat and a winged back chair by the fireplace. The large full bath provides a shower made for 2. The kitchenette offers refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a table for 2. Screen porch and private back deck overlooking Massanutten Mountain. Honeymoon, Romance, Birthday packages available.

Rates & Reservation Information: Room Rates: $140-$175, Cottage daily rates: $200 Cottage weekly rates: $875-$1220 double occupancy, plus VA taxes Rates includes a full breakfast every day. All reservations must be accompanied by a one night deposit within 7 days. All interior areas are smoke free. All reservations require a valid credit card number to reserve a room. Not suitable for children under the age of 16. Gift Certificates available for that special occasion. No pets are allowed but boarding is available close by. There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement for weekends, Holidays and during the Fall Season for all accommodations. Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Check-in: between 3 p.m.- 10 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations. Cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. Holidays and Fall season cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. No Shows, that is not notifying us at all, will be charged the entire reservation price. If a reservation is cut short you will be charged 50% per day for each remaining day of your reservation, excluding Holidays and Fall Season where you will be responsible for the entire amount of your reserved stay. All cancellations must be received by phone.
