With five well appointed rooms, all with private bath and satellite TV, and a gourmet continental breakfast buffet, you'll be ready for the day.

Enjoy hiking or riding in the Blue Ridge, or shopping, dining and attractions of nearby Culpeper and surrounding areas. For your horses, 13 huge stalls with turnout and hot water wash are available, as well as a large blue stone arena, round pen and field jumps. In addition, electric hook-ups for sleeper trailers and ample parking is available. Conveniently located 10-30 minutes to area Hunt Clubs.

For You: A choice from 5 well appointed rooms all with private baths and TV with satellite channels. All include Continental Breakfast buffet served from 6-9 every morning. Hot tub, screened porch, library (books and DVD's) and common room with a fireplace.

For Your Horse: Offering short and long term boarding. 13 large stalls with turn out, Large blue stone and sand arena with stadium jumps, Ample trailer parking, easy in/out access, Hot water wash stall, Miles of cross country trails, close to Commonwealth Park, Electric hookups for Luxury Sleeper Trailers.

Less than 30 minutes from Rappahannock, Bull Run, Thornton Hill, Casanova, Warrenton and Old Dominion hunts.
Less than 60 minutes from Middleburg, Orange, Piedmont, Keswick and Farmington hunts.
