    • Rates are based on double occupancy - $30/day extra person in room charge
    • $25 per day small pet fee for pets up to 25 lbs. (Diane's Suite or Lawrie's Room only). For larger pets, check with Stephanie for permission and rates. Owner responsible for any damages.

Reservations / Cancellations
Reservations require either a credit card guarantee (Visa, MC or AmEx) or a pre-payment of one night’s stay. Two night minimum for most weekends Easter through the end of October; three night minimum for holidays and special event weekends. 7 day cancellation notice for all rooms except Bathe Suite, which requires a 14 day cancellation notice to avoid penalty.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is between 4 and 6 p.m., unless otherwise arranged in advance. We encourage you to arrange an early check-in so that you can enjoy our inn and visit the surrounding Ghent Historic District. Check-out is 11 a.m. Please call the inn at 800/599-7659 24 hrs. in advance to re-confirm your arrival time.
