 Winchester, Virginia (VA) Bed and Breakfast: Old Waterstreet Inn is a federal style home built in 1840 that has been remodeled to be a sophisticated inn where guests can relax and enjoy their stay. Each non-smoking room has a private bath and is furnished with an eclectic mix of old and new. A full breakfast with a hot entree is served each morning and a wine and cheese happy hour is offered in the afternoons.

Mr. Moore's Study is a unique first floor room, with craftsman style wood ceiling and raised panel walls. It has a lovely wrought iron bed, mantle, and bath with tiled shower. - $130

Winesap is a large bright room with a mission style panel bed, wood burning fireplace, and bath with tiled shower and heated tile floors. - $150 ($160 mid Nov.- mid March)

Braeburn has a carved oak bed, mantle, and new bath with tiled shower. - $140

Cortland is a large room with a sleigh bed, wood burning fireplace, private porch with rocking chairs, and adjacent private bath with tiled tub/shower. - $150

Cottage Suite is a charming, private attic suite with separate sitting room (can accommodate a third person). It has a gorgeous metal bed, television, and remodeled bath with tiled tub/shower. - $160 ($25-$40 for extra person)

  • Weekdays are $10 less per room.
  • Open all year except Dec. 23-26
  • Breakfast is served from 8:30-9:30, with coffee out earlier.
  • There is a 2 night minimum on holiday and special event weekends, and October weekends.
  • Check in is 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.
  • We are a nonsmoking inn.
  • Rooms must be reserved with a Visa, MC, or by check.
  • Adults only.
  • We cannot accommodate pets.
  • Cancellation policy: Due to our small size, cancellations can be extremely costly for us. Therefore, if you cancel 8 days or more before, you will get a full refund. If you cancel in 7 days or less, we will charge you the full amount of your stay unless we can rebook the room. Changes are treated the same as cancellation. For holidays or special event weekends, the cancellation policy is 2 weeks out.
  • Corporate rates or extended stay rates are available and vary depending on the length of stay, frequency, and needs.
  • Gift certificates available
