Creek House - $155 to $200/night
Originally designed by renowned preservation architect Thomas Waterman, Creek House is patterned after British colonial homes in the West Indies. Tall French doors open directly onto the tidal creek, bordered by an inviting brick terrace and a charming walk accented with flowering trees.
The sunny sitting-dining room provides a perfect opportunity to sit by the fireplace and watch the heron amid the hollies, cedars, and dogwood on the far shore.
The handsomely appointed library-meeting room, featuring family heirlooms and French doors on two sides opening to the water's edge, also serves as a meeting room for up to twenty people.
In addition to offering convivial common rooms, Creek House features four guest rooms, two of which have their own entrances for added privacy.
Whether you choose the master suite with its ornately carved mahogany king-size bed and finely appointed bathroom, or cozier quarters with a comfy four-poster, you'll discover an abundance of luxury and charm. All rooms have beautiful undisturbed views of pastoral fields bordered by ancient trees or of the North River and Toddsbury Creek, just twenty feet away.

Toddsbury Cottage - $230 to $245/night
(for two; $35 for each additional person, up to maximum of three.)
Looking out across our horse pastures to the North River, Toddsbury Cottage has its own screened porch to provide you with hours of pleasant relaxation. Situated at the end of the lane bordering the walled garden and apple orchard, the Cottage is the most private of the Inn buildings. Oriental rugs, two fireplaces, and rich upholstery invite you to relax in the Cottage's downstairs rooms, while up the winding stairs, a romantic, canopied, four-poster queen bed awaits you in the large bedroom. Furnished with 18th century dressing table, bureau, and chaise lounge, the Cottage bedroom has windows on three sides that look out to the North River.
The full kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, juice and light snacks, in case you get hungry before the hot breakfast served at Creek House.
Two additional twin-bed bedrooms, one with a genuine Franklin stove, can be added to a booking to accommodate a family of five.
