Montrose Farm Bed & Breakfast is conveniently located 1 hour west of Washington, D.C. in the rolling hills of Loudoun County along a scenic by-way between Middleburg and Leesburg, near Dulles Airport. Come enjoy the beautiful countryside and warm hospitality in all four seasons.

This charming brick and stone manor house built by Quaker settlers, c.1790, is the perfect setting for a quiet retreat or visiting local historical sites, gardens, vineyards, antique shops, the W&OD hiking and biking trail, equestrian events, hot air balloon rides, music festivals and museums.

Owner is an experienced floral designer. She owned and operated a full service floral shop for 5 years, is on the Washington Cathedral Flower Guild, teaches classes and workshops for groups, decorates homes for holidays, and has done wedding and event flowers for many years. Free planning and estimates.

Bridal Teas and Luncheons

Can be reserved for up to 18 guests.

Packages and Special Requests

Birthday cakes, floral arrangements, champagne trays, and other requests happily filled.
