  1. Bring your horse, stable it at Meander's barn and ride to your heart's content!
    • On our property, you can ride on our (limited trails) and country roads (unlimited). Ride along the river with eagles soaring overhead and native wildflowers at your feet.
    • Or trailer to Shenandoah National Park (incredible views) just 30 minutes away or to one of the many Civil War Battlefields. Take along a gourmet Meander picnic basket.
    • Or foxhunt with the Bull Run Hunt over thousands of acres of scenic Virginia countryside.
    • Or work your flat work or jumping skills in our on-premises ring.

  2. If you can't bring your own horse, let us arrange riding:
    • On a nearby privately-owned 2000-acre horse farm
    • At a mountain stable featuring excellent trails and organization
    • At Shenandoah National Park Stables for breathtaking scenery and mountain views on their almost limitless trails.
    • Have a local stable bring horses to one of the many Civil War battlefields for your group of 10 or more.
